How to look up local healthcare providers

Here is How To Look Up Providers:

Click on Local Savings

Scroll down to the blue button that says "Click Here to Search for Providers in your Area"

You will go to Optum Health Allies website

Choose from drop down menu:

Category

Then Speciality

Enter Zip Code

Search

You can also click on "Advanced Search" at right of search button to search by:

Provider Name

Or Radius (25 miles)

Max 250 will show (ie Oahu has more than 250 primary care doctors and only lists 250)

You can go back to dropdown menus to search different categories and/or specialities
