Chakra of Month Club

Start your spring right! I'm offering The Chakra a Month Club for everyone. This “CLUB" brings together 7 (Seven) 1 ½ hour monthly Playshop with 28 weekly tune-ups. Whether you choose a single month or the entire program (7 months for price of 5) be prepared for transforming yourself as well as the world one chakra at a time.

•Learn how to connect with your chakras energetically
•Experience chakra-specific techniques utilizing journaling, meditation, yoga and other healing postures
•Assess each chakra’s excesses, deficiencies, and learn how to balance them, integrating personal practices for you to experience increased joy, creativity, and fulfillment
•Evolve your learning into new behaviors that transform you and your environment
In addition, each month you will receive four weekly emails, applying that chakra to:

Week 1: Mind/Psychology
Week 2: Body/health
Week 3: Spiritual practices
Week 4: Environment/activism

The details:
•1.5 hour monthly group

•Every participant can experience deeper connection in groups of 2 -4 each Playshop

•Meets 3rd Wednesday of the month 7:00- 8:30

•Each month focuses on one chakra, detailing its key attributes and qualities, ways to strengthen, deepen, balance

•Opportunity to get connected with a “chakra buddy” whom you can connect with to share your experiences, questions, keep you on track and be accountable to.

•First chakra – Earth, grounding, home, work, finances, manifestation and being here.
•Second Chakra – Water, movement, sexuality, pleasure, emotions, feelings, change.
•Third Chakra –Fire, energy, ego, power, will, risk, digestion, motivation and action.
•Fourth Chakra – Air, love, relationship, balance, breath, nurturing, and balance
•Fifth Chakra – Sound, vibration, communication, self-expression, being heard.
•Sixth Chakra – Light, vision, sight, perception, visualization, insight, dreaming.
•Seventh Chakra – Spiritual connection, beliefs, understanding, thought and awareness
