I am an Author, Speaker, Spiritual Intuitive and Reiki Master.  A few years ago, I realized that the work I do has evolved, and I am no longer simply "Maureen O'Shaughnessy, Reiki Master."  I asked myself the classic question, "Who Am I?"  As I looked at my professional self, I saw that all of the things I was currently doing - teaching Reiki, writing, speaking, facilitating workshops on Law of Attraction, Intuitive Guidance and consulting all had one common denominator - they supported individuals in improving their Quality of Life, and living a life rich in JOY - Hence, "InJoyingLife"!

Hawaii has been my home for over 30 years, and, I get to travel the world doing my "work".  I have been teaching Reiki since 1995 and I am on the Board of Directors for The Reiki Alliance, an International association of tradition Reiki Masters. I am an author and in addition to my book  "My Naked Journey, A Reiki Master's Quest to Live Authentically" , I am a contributing author to "Chicken Soup for the Soul - Mastering the Law of Attraction" and "2013 - Messages of Peace".
