Kundalini Yoga is a dynamic form of yoga that awakens awareness while strengthening the health and well-being of the physical body. This ancient system of yoga is very useful for emotional balance, mental clarity, stress relief, and personal transformation. It is excellent for students of all levels. No yoga experience required.
In this 8 week series, you will learn about the practice of Kundalini Yoga, it’s history and what to expect in a Kundalini Yoga class. We will dive into all the key ingredients that make up a Kundalini Yoga practice.
Discover the importance of Pranayama (breathing exercises), Prana (energy), Apana (elimination), Mantra (sound vibration), Meditation, the Ten Bodies (capacities of the human psyche), the Chakras (energy centers), and specific Kriyas (yogic techniques). Experience how all these fundamental elements come together to create the transformational practice of Kundalini Yoga.
The best way to learn about Kundalini Yoga is to experience it! Taught in the tradition of Yogi Bhajan.Space is limited to 12 students in order to assure personalized attention. Pre-registration is highly recommended.
